Center for Radical Calling
Discover, Design, Live, and Launch the Work You Were Born To Do.
Before we reimagine the world, we must come home to who we truly are.
The Center for Radical Calling exists to design the “designers” of a more beautiful, regenerative, and radical future. Your work is not merely what you do for a living. It’s how you show up, everywhere. A Radical Calling begins beneath titles and résumés. It grows from your gifts, your convictions, and your ache for what could be different.
We help people discover, design, and live that work. Not as theory or self-improvement, but as something real. A new role. A new business. A new service. A new organization. A community initiative. A cultural intervention. A quiet rebellion inside an existing system. We are guided by a "theory of shift." Change rearranges the surface. A shift transforms the pattern beneath it.
Institutions move slowly. People don’t have to. When individuals realign with their true nature and shape their work from that place, systems begin to reorganize. Rather than trying to fix the world head-on, we help people become effective change agents within it, developing their unique potential and, through their work, becoming a resource and inspiration to others. And on. And on.
We work with mavericks, misfits, builders, artists, activists, intrapreneurs, and reformers who ache for work that's a force for good but lack the right form, partners, or courage to bring it fully to life. Through three phases, Discover, Design, and Live, we help people:
• Come home to their true nature
• Align their craft with urgent need
• Bring radical new ideas into the world
• Sustain it within a community of other "free radicals"
Your work is not a job. It is a vow. You were not born to optimize a broken system. The world does not need more compliance. It needs your gifted disobedience.
If you seek to be the change you want to see in the world, you may be ready.
Discover, design, and live the work you were born to do.
“Let the beauty we love be what we do.”
